your role you will work within a team to

-Createcontemporary change strategies and plans to fit project needs

-Createpractical change tools that are bespoke for the client’s needs

-Bringinnovative insights for clients on what drives and embeds change

-Effectivelyengage with stakeholders to deliver change outcomes

-Buildclient networks and relationships

-Use yourknowledge and experience to shape our services to meet client problems

-Work onchallenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries

-Manageprojects and lead small teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Skills and attributes for

success

Ifyou are a natural leader with a proven ability to apply core consulting andproject management skills in engagement settings, and are passionate aboutcontributing to the latest thinking and practices in transformational change,

We arelooking for the following experience

-Prior experience with a

Management consulting firm and wanting to take the next step to deepen yourchange experience with a global leader in change

-Demonstrated specific

experience in change management, HR transformation and Organisational Design atthe project, portfolio and enterprise levels, and with experience in largescale organisational transformation

-Leadership skills within

proven ability to apply core consulting and project management skills inengagement setting

-Proven consulting experience,

including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels,facilitate client discussions and engage follow on opportunities

-Experience writing winning

points of view or proposals

-Experience leading, coaching

and supporting people to be part of high performing teams

-Excellent standard of oral and

written communication.
